Returns & Refunds
The short version: 30 days to return unworn items in original condition. You cover return shipping. If we made the mistake, we cover everything.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within one hour of placing it by emailing info@perpetualbrands.store with your order number. After that, your order has usually entered production or fulfillment and can't be stopped — but you can still return it once it arrives.
Return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your return being approved.
Condition requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and deodorant marks, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.
Not returnable
- Swimwear and intimates once the hygiene liner is removed
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
Return shipping
We're a small independent operation and can't cover return shipping yet. You'll ship the item back at your own cost using any trackable method. We strongly recommend tracking — we can't refund a return we never receive.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original and place a new order — that way you don't wait for us to receive the return before your replacement ships.
If we got it wrong
Wrong item, defective item, or damage in transit: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or refund you in full, your choice. You pay nothing.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund within [3–5] business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return was our error.
How to start a return
Email info@perpetualbrands.store with your order number and which items you're returning. We'll reply within [1 business day] with return instructions and an address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
